After School Program

Dear Families:

Resurrection Catholic School offers an After School Program, which runs from 2:30 to 6:00 P.M. in the Primary Building located at 32 West Vine Street. This program operates everyday except the first and last day of school. The program is open to grades K through 5, unless arrangements have been made with the director for an older student to attend. The cost is $2.75 per hour per child plus $1.00 a week for snack per child. The snack includes cookies, crackers, etc. and a drink. The cost is setup hourly and is not broken down into quarter or half hours. The billing cycle begins at 2:30 for all children. A late fee of $5.00 per 10 minutes will be added to your cost if a child is picked up after 6:00 P.M.

We will be having 1 adult supervising homework and 2 adults supervising the children playing outdoors (weather permitting) or in the gym. If you wish to have your children do their homework at the program make this request known to the director.

On early dismissal days due to the bad weather the After School Program will close at 5:00 P.M.

There will be no fighting, talking back, bad language, etc. at the After School Program. If a parent receives three warnings the child will be put out of the program for the remainder of the year.

If a student brings toys or cards (of any type of trading cards) they are responsible for them not to be traded or lost.

In case of an emergency the After School Program phone number is 392-9335. Please keep this number handy for any emergencies that may arise.

All students must be registered before attending the Program. Registration will be sent home in the first Parent Communication envelope. We ask that all families register for the ASP even if you have no intentions of using it. In case there is an emergency this is a safe place for your child to be after school.
